| Fatal Rebirth
is a collection of frightening predictions:
This
is the book (in four volumes) from which two startling predictions were
made, both of which came true: 1) A film script called The Electronic
Apocalypse was drawn from an early version of Fatal Rebirth. Published
on my Web site in the fall of 1999. Together they depicted terrorism which
involved
passenger jets crashing into and collapsing the World Trade
Center and resulting in a series of wars in the Middle East; 2) Earlier,
I had separately concluded from Fatal Rebirth research using the resulting
Unified
Conspiracy Theory that Ross Perot would not be allowed to finish his
run for the Presidency. I warned his staff and the Secret Service that,
based on material uncovered in my research for Fatal Rebirth, I
feared there would be death threats or an assassination attempt on Perot
and/or his family. No one listened. Within a matter of weeks, this
also came to pass, and he did back out of the race.
According to
my research, the
same people who threatened Perot were also
behind the anthrax attacks/scares after September 11th. If this is so,
it tends to explain why the Secret Service investigated me rather
than my basis for the warning, but only reading Fatal Rebirth will
make sense of that comment. More importantly, it validates the prime thesis
and other predictions of Fatal Rebirth, which are many, some
more frightening than others. Warning: the End Game Scenario
cometh.
The work details
crimes of the intelligence community and power elite over decades, looking
at the political bumps in the night and our greatest American tragedies
NOT as disjointed coincidental happenings, but connected conspiratorial
dots forming a dark plot I call the Unified Conspiracy Theory. In
addition to revealing information not previously known publicly anywhere,
it asks the question, what if JFK, RFK, Watergate, Iran Contra, BCCI, Oklahoma
City, the World Trade Center Bombing, and even such things as the Vietnam
War, were somehow connected -- part of one single conspiratorial plan involving
a much longer list? If such a plan were to exist, what was its ultimate
goal? Who was behind it? How could they hope to pull it off? How would
they benefit? The answers are not unfathomable, but they are shocking.
They are also a warning! September 11th and the Middle East (oil) wars
are only the beginning.
The End Game Scenario doth lie
ahead.
The problem is,
how do you make absolutely clear the future intended by a conspiracy?
Unless obtaining actual covert plans or some remarkable confession on tape,
it is often impossible to adequately demonstrate a given conspiracy exists,
much less where it is going. Moreover, how do you retell what has happened
in the past when the truth is so dramatically different than people's common
understanding and acceptance of 'history,' because that history was based
on lies accepted and promoted willingly by a government infected media?
The solution which addressed these questions was both simple and unusual.
It also solved other problems: If the intelligence community can infiltrate
and manipulate media to twist fiction into their versions reality, then
why not twist the true reality into a more demonstrable form using fiction?
A like simplification can be achieved in event constructs, allowing the building blocks and results to be more easily understood in terms of cause and effect without miring the reader in endless diversions and detailed explanations -- more freely focusing on the important aspects of what resulted from it all. Best of all, a docudrama or fictional construct allows the one truly useful means of looking into the future and making predictions in a meaningful way, giving them substance and painting them with a useful reality. That two significant predictions have already come to pass with terrible finality is perhaps an indication on the value of the greater collective of predictions represented in the conclusion of Fatal Rebirth, which portrays The End Game Scenario. If you don't know what that is, you need to read the book as if your life depended on it. It just might! Moreover, a docudrama
allows the creation of heroes, and within the context of a fictional struggle,
the heroes can take actions which can serve to point the way towards possible
resolution of the real world problem the fictional context portrays. That
is, readers can see and learn what they themselves might be able to do
to thwart Shadow's End Game Scenario. Never mind that most of the heroes
in the book are based on real world counterparts. By this tool,
a 'resolution' game plan can be proposed 'more safely.' That comment
will make more sense when one reads the work. Every reader can become the
hero, even if NOT going to the extremes that the books characters might
undertake. That, is exactly the reason for Fatal Rebirth:
to
alter the future... to thwart Shadow... to reduce the level of heroism
required (prevent bloodshed) and, most importantly... to stop the
End Game Scenario.
Clearly, someone struck proparanoid.com to stop it (a normal
hijack ransom is a few hundred to perhaps a couple of thousand, so proparanoid.com
is not really for sale at all). What did they fear me saying that had
not already been said and up on the site for many months? Only Fatal
Rebirth qualifies as new material. Thus the conclusion is someone fears
the contents of Fatal Rebirth. The question for you to decide is, do you
want to increase their fears by reading Fatal Rebirth to
know why they are so easily frightened, or would you prefer to cower
in the safety of their censorship and let them decide for you what
is allowed to pass for truth about their misdeeds?

Michael Sweeney is a Special Correspondent to Michael Corbin (who died in early 2008 under questionable circumstances) and A Closer Look with over 140 hours of national radio talk show guest appearances as an expert in personal privacy and security. This includes issues such as political control technology, crimes of the intelligence community, and disinformation. His first book, The Professional Paranoid: How to Fight Back When Investigated, Targeted, or Harassed by Any Agency, Group, or Individual, is a virtual 'how to' for anyone accused of being 'paranoid' because they see and attempt to point out evidence of unwanted attention in their lives by persons unknown. This book is so hard hitting, that the intelligence community is buying it up for as much as $50 or more on the used market. A second book, a companion to The Professional Paranoid, was written
because Mr. Sweeney offers, through his Web site, a 'helps' program to
victims who find such a book necessary. To his alarm, he discovered that
though his book had only briefly mentioned 'mind control' as a peripheral
tactical tool used by select groups, he discovered that the overwhelming
majority of victims reaching out to him for help were being targeted by
some form of political control technology, a term he coined in his writing
to better describe the purpose and methods of 'mind control' in its many
forms.
Thus, MC Realities: Understanding, Detecting, and Defeating Mind Control and Electronic Weapons of Political Control Technologies was written, also as an e-book. Mr. Sweeney has provided testimony to the State of Massachusetts Legislature on laws regarding the possession and use of weapons of political control technology and lectured with Nick Begich, internationally recognized expert on electronic non-l;eathal weapons and outspoken critic of the USAF/USN HAARP project in Alaska, which has the potential for mind control application against large population centers anywhere in the Northern Hemisphere. |

color newsletter ($15 by email, $50 for hard copy) covering all matters
useful to individuals who might need either book or who simply have an
interest in governmental crimes or abuse of power issues. A free

control technology arena. Each term or item is documented, often to include
patent numbers or government documents to illustrate that the technology
is real and, in many cases, broadly applied against American citizens daily.

Volume I dares to reveal, with evidence, that the history we have all accepted as true by Media's presentation of it, is a web of carefully crafted lies to cover treasonous acts. Many of the lies we have come to understand over time, but for some reason, have decided not to call Media or government on the carpet for their sins. The JFK assassination, for instance, was not a lone assassin's work using a magic bullet. We all knew that deep inside, regardless of what Arlan Spectre and the Warren Commission said. We simply preferred to cower before Media's ploy of labeling anyone who doubted their brand of truth as 'conspiracy buffs.' We Americans seem to fear labels, especially after McCarthyism perfected the technique. Other lies have been completely sealed away from us, by and large, though chunks of truth have been glimpsed but not well understood. This work seeks to remedy that directly. Along the way, there are whole new histories which have been entirely unknown -- covert actions which have yet to see the light of day. These, too, Fatal Rebirth illuminates. There are secrets here (and coded messages), though none which endanger the lives of operatives or our true National Security. Rather, they endanger treason and tyranny's pretense of 'National Security,' the veil beneath which they so frequently hide their crimes. The purpose of all this is to show the relevancy of one lie to the next... to show that the dots in time we call historical nightmares are not mere random noise of our unfolding history, but an image, an image of a large, dark, and looming Shadow. In order to do that, of course, the Shadow must be defined, and that, too, is the goal of this Volume. In defiance of the tactic employed by media to label investigators of such crimes as conspiracy 'buffs', I call it 'The Unified Conspiracy Theory,' and offer the reader a test of the theory's validity: If mere theory, would the next logical steps of the criminals be predictable? So far, this theory has passed this test repeatedly. Within the simple but large chapters
one will find clues which identify the villains, reveal their tangled conspiracies
as one, and warns of an impending future End Game Scenario which Fatal
Rebirth hopes to thwart. It introduces the main characters both in terms
of context to real world counterparts and to the fictional story line.
It also fully details the author's personal combat with elements (active
and retired) from various governmental agencies. Some of these were actually

Like all the Appendix in Fatal Rebirth, this is a huge collection of supporting materials. The focus of Volume I's Appendix is to better illustrate the reasons for fearing Shadow, including considerable details on my own early battles and discoveries. While somewhat self serving in that they more fully explain why and how I was drawn into these matters, they also serve to illustrate how anyone who opposes the system can be targeted for further abuses by the system, and collectively support the story lines from Volume I.

This Volume finishes the cliff hanger, of sorts, established at the end of Volume One, and ends with one of its own. By and large, Volume I was history, and by contrast, this volume attempts to put history into context by using September 11th as a jumping off point to peer into the future which awaits us if the clues of our past revealed in Volume I are judged true. In fact, Volume II may prove to be the definitive work for those unsure if they believe in government/media's version of what happened on September 11th. It nicely sums up all of the mysterious questions which plague the official story and shows that there is only one answer which fits all these aberrations and the known facts into a clear and understandable image. That image reveals a special kind of terrorism quite unlike that we have been sold; the kind called Domestic State Sponsored Terrorism. The two chapters offer 15 sub chapters, some of which are as large as chapters in their own right. Through them, September 11th becomes a kind of doorway to a bumpy ride in a time machine headed toward End Game itself. In a real way, it is its own stand alone story with respect to action sequences, though an understanding of characters and events from Volume I are extremely helpful in appreciating the events as they unfold. Only the reader can decide if
the future portrayed is actually a planned eventuality being arranged by
dark conspiracy... or mere fiction. Only the reader who fears it might
be based in reality can take the steps necessary to thwart those plans
and render this work as effectively 'wrong' as if it had been fiction.
Just
how to do that, is also a part of the larger Fatal Rebirth effort,
a task only begun in this Volume.

This Appendix represents two collection categories. The
first offers fictional works by fictional characters to augment the story
line and/or to serve as blueprints to greater understanding and to provide
improved self defense against the onslaught of fascism in America. The
second offers a collection of proofs in the form of actual government documents
or other reveling materials which show the true nature and source of the
End Game threat: the unique version of 'terrorism' thrust upon us
by MIIM and the NWO. These further validate the claims of DSST made in
the story line of Volume II.

This look into the future continues in Volume III, showing exactly how End Game might be carried out. In truth, there are many ways End Game might come to pass, and the work tries to reveal to the reader just what the road signs might be for any such variant the future might hold. The footnotes especially try to address this need. It might be argued, Volume III is of particular value to anyone with a more serious view of the speculative matters within Fatal Rebirth (fearing where government's lead is taking us), and wishing or at least willing to take up defensive and offensive strategies to thwart that future. It is a cornerstone upon which those who would oppose the darkness of Shadow can build survival plans. Like much of Volume II, the work is a collection of real world predictions. The reader needs to know that research and findings for Fatal Rebirth has already resulted several predictions which have come true, as described in the introduction at the top of this Web page. Thus the reader must ask themselves just how 'fictional' the presentation really is. Volume III shows how every reader can easily be impacted by what is going on in America, today through what might happen tomorrow as result of current evils. We are all Shadow's prey. The collection of facts used to form the fiction is not critical to enjoying the book as pure fictional entertainment. However, if the reader dares to allow their mind to cross that line towards accepting that Fatal Rebirth portrays and portends real world events, then the evidences offered could be seen as life saving; they provide a better understanding of the enemy and their plans. The Appendix includes a remarkable collection of Constitutions (the one we have, and those intended to be forced upon us as replacements) which, while somewhat dry reading, are well worth the effort. You cannot well combat an enemy unless you understand how they think. You cannot well plan for tomorrow unless you know what is on the docket. You cannot formulate a defensive strategy unless understanding the environment in which the battle will be fought. This Appendix section illustrates both the good and the
bad of our time, and our future through a focus on your civil rights as
they are today, as they might be were Shadow to have its way, and as they
should be if you have yours. This is a valuable resource if, for no other
reason than it is the only place where all these documents are found together
for ready comparison -- with a detailed analysis of the more draconian
versions.

If Readers found Volume III's shocking finish too dark, an 'alternative ending' of sorts is offered in Volume IV. In truth, it is not an alternative ending, but reveals one possible strategy (a very real strategy) which might rescue us from the gloom of the prior Volume: it resolves the cliff hanger with unexpected 'plot twist' solutions which are elegantly simple and workable. That is to say, you and I can use them to our own best gain should Fatal Rebirth prove too prophetic. Even so, it ends in the ultimate cliff hanger, the resolution of which rightly depends on the reader's judgment of the entire concept and purpose of the work. Only if the reader accepts the basis or premise will they be moved to change how they view and respond to government and media's current game plan. Only if this happens, can Shadow be thwarted, and the real world ending be as the reader would have it for the fictional presentation. In other words, the reader writes the final chapter in BOTH the fictional and real world story lines. There is a focus in the Appendix section on showing how to identify the enemy (Shadow). Regardless of if we are ultimately engaged in battle with such opponents in response to an End Game Scenario, or simply seeking them out for exposure of their present-day or prior crimes, this Volume should prove useful. For some, it may mean the difference between success and failure. Perhaps, for some, it may even mean the difference between life and death... if not for persons, then for a nation and a way of life called freedom. If you find this volume especially

This is the most massive Appendix section of the set --
so large and full of color illustrations that it had to be split into two
files for the e-book version. It is designed to expose the efforts of Shadow
across a broad spectrum of Shadow playgrounds at the local, national, and
international levels. It names individuals, corporations, elected officials,
institutions, and groups, detailing in many cases some of their more devious
activities and relationships. Hopefully, it will allow you to better understand
and identify enemies of freedom and those held within their sway.

Future Dread: A Prologue
The streets of New York in the fall
of 1999 were brisk. Brisk weather to be sure; it was both cold and windy,
people tugged at their coat collars and hunched their shoulders to keep
their necks warmly covered. Brisk also the foot traffic, both because it
was cold enough to demand reasonable haste, and because to most New Yorkers,
there is always a sense of urgency in the crowd. But amid the sea of bustle,
one lone figure stood out, a solitary human island seemingly unaware of
either the weather or the crowd's urgency. Yet this assumption would be
false. Though he stood patiently, virtually an obstacle to the pulsing
crowds that flowed steadily past him, he had his own kind of desperate
urgency. He was on a sacred mission.
DOOMSDAY! Closer, the man can be heard ranting
at the crowd, chastising them with his message of doom. Regardless, it
was meaningless to those asleep in their own thoughts of the day, of deeds
already done or things yet undone. No time for abstract words hung in the
air like so many taxi cab horns; far too easy to ignore, his unwanted words
were a mere murmuring amongst the city's noise. No reason to pay attention,
to turn on the brain and listen or to actually think about what was being
said; noisy distractions such as these have no value to those in a hurry.

Considered to be a NWO group with fascist leanings, it has a dark history involving assassination, smuggling, and trading in secrets. Members include: Allen Dulles (CIA), Prescott Bush and George Herbert Walker Bush (CIA), William Casey (OSS, CIA Director), James Buckley, Jr. (CIA), Bill Donavan (OSS, CIA), Reinhard Gehlen (Nazi Intelligence, postwar German Intelligence), James Jesus Angelton (CIA), Alexander Haig (Secretary of State under Reagan/Bush), Heinrich Himmler (Hitler Nazi war criminal), Ronald Reagan, Henry Luce (Time-Warner evolved from him), Harold A.R. 'Kim' Philby (British Intelligence) and many others. Unconfirmed members include George Bush. Part of their 'secret oath' includes: "I do now denounce and disown any allegiance as due to any heretical king, prince, or state, named (persons) or liberals, or obedience to any of their laws, magistrates, or officers." Thus, in the Reagan White House there were four KoM members (Reagan, Bush, Haig, Casey). Luce, a CIA Mockingbird bedfellow, was instrumental in promoting Bush into the White House. Angelton and Buckley worked with Bush during the Bay of Pigs era. It is likely that they traded in (gemstones) secrets. 178 By founding the Law Enforcement Intelligence Unit, a private fraternity of cops graduating from NIA, founded by Larry O'Brian, David McBride, and Harold Barron (Sheehan). Other sources cite it as Larry O'Brien, which would be an interesting typo (we trust it a typo), as G. Gordon Liddy's team was caught bugging Larry O'Brien's Watergate offices -- and then O'Brien funded the spook-filled Law Enforcement Intelligence Unit (LEIU) at the NIA, with Liddy subsequently assuming these operations when CIA divested itself of proprietaries? That would make the whole crowd coconspirators on the same team. Perhaps "I" is for extreme Irony? 344 They may have turned up later at yet a third proprietary:
Michael Riconosciuto had a relationship with Meridian Arms, a spooky company
whose leadership and influentials included Dr. Harry Fair of Defense Advanced
Research Project Agency (the people that develop all the fun Department
of Defense toys, and for that matter, the Internet technology, and the
military's part in MK-ULTRA mind control projects), Intelligence operative
Robert B. Nichols (who supposedly ran Hercules, which failed after the
theft of bomb-making components). In any event, Michael was no longer involved
with the company due to a falling out with his partners prior to the theft,
making them perfect candidates for taking their own technology. Yet another
possibility is Inter-Probe, Inc., headed by retired Admiral Henry Rankin,
where many of Michael's patents were handled as if corporate property.
The same year the bomb technology was stolen, Michael's boss and CIA director,
William Casey, died "of natural causes" -- a convenient situation as his
funeral also helped bury the operation from view. It is interesting to
note that retired CIA Director William Colby, in the middle of his dinner,
decided to walk outside his home to go fishing. All he caught was a fatal
case of underwater breathing. This also took place after revelations by
Michael to Gunderson went public. President Ford, the man who fed CIA and
FBI inside information on the Warren Commission, and who earned his Presidency
at the expense of Nixon's Watergate, replaced Colby with the man connected
to both, George Bush.…
557 Hopsicker's work. Several of the staff and associates of the terrorist flight schools in Florida and related firms were involved in Iran-Contra operations. One plane described earlier as 'belonging' to three airlines is a LearJet acquired from World Jet, which was Iran-Contra's primary aircraft provider and, as such, likely a CIA proprietary. Another plane belonging to Clinton friend Truman Arnold was given to Wally Hilliard (Huffman Aviation's American Partner with the Dutch national, Arne Dekker) for one dollar. The King Air 200 is worth $2M and was itself an Iran-Contra aircraft. 566 US DOJ Press Release, May 22nd, 2002. Government alleges he is not a terrorist, but a person who had worked with FBI and maintained contact with the terrorists. Yet Elgindy also invested $300K in options in partnership with FBI agents to sell short one day prior to September 11th. DOJ has released little actual information on this case and has specifically avoided tying it to September 11th, despite clear profiteering from the attack itself. This is a perfect ploy to blackmail FBI into lackluster performance in 9-11 aftermath investigations: it is virtually identical to what CIA did to FBI in the JFK assassination, where Oswald was given an FBI employee number. I propose Elgindy likely worked with CIA to set FBI up. 574 The Telegraph (UK), Revealed, What Really Went On During Bush's 'Missing Hours,' by William Langley. Rumsfeld, watching the WTC in flames on TV from in his Pentagon office on the far side of Flight 77's impact point, tells (emphasis added) visiting Representative Christopher Cox (Defense Policy Committee): "Believe me, this isn't over yet. There's going to be another attack, and it could be us." Two minutes later, his prophecy is fulfilled with the Pentagon hit. Cox tells AP reporters this was the second time that day Rumsfeld was prophetic. Two minutes before the WTC's first crash, he discussed terrorism and stated, repeating the last sentence for emphasis, "Let me tell ya, I've been around the block a few times. There will be another event." Can one man twice throw out 'casual remarks' two minutes before they come true -- and not be guilty of foreknowledge? 615 Welcome to Fascism 101: You will read a lot about Richard Perle in this work. One thing not revealed in the story line or other footnotes is this: Richard did business with Saudi businessmen Harb Saleh al Zuhair and arms dealer Adnan Khashoggi, both of whom in turn do business with terrorists and have been investing in, of all things, firms contracting with Homeland Security. Perle's own private venture capital firm is Trireme, which conducts such business as part of raising capital and investing in war industry firms. Perle profits from war, which in turn, profits from terrorism. For more information, read When Journalism Becomes "Terrorism" in the June '03 Extra! Magazine. That article goes on to show how Perle, once 'outed' by investigative writers, has decided that we are terrorists. Perle hopes for sedition laws which make criticism of government illegal, even when criticisms might be pointing out government wrongdoing. If you understand this, you get a 'A' for the course. 714 Psalm 119:86. This section is unique. Nadera is a 'composite' of several real, living persons. Her story is based on a synchronicity of events involving the remarkable and mysterious microbiologist deaths - AND - the fact that an alarming number of medical professionals have approached me requesting help for 'dogging' or similar harassment at their work places (and beyond). In each case, as we dug into matters further, we tended to find a kind of 'network' in place involving military types (there is a veritable militarization of college medical campuses and research facilities taking place), Masonic types, and all of the various elements discussed in this section. Though this section offers a somewhat speculative fictionalized portrayal for plot's sake, the bulk of what is presented here is frighteningly similar (if not identical in some specific elements) to what the clients have uncovered and experienced, all of which has cumulatively become the basis for their individual insurance policies, executed herein. Their collective experience is far more involved than Nadera's chain of harassments, only lightly portrayed here to conserve space. *** This subchapter is, in point of fact, laced with elements intended to serve as 'notice' to the guilty that the insurance policies exist, and to back off or suffer some or all of it being disclosed in a 'nonfiction' format. Copies of this work will be delivered to those who need to take such notice to heart. Not only would they be well served to insure my clients do not end up like the fictional character portrayed here (who in the story line was unable to establish her insurance policy quickly enough), but they had better start thinking about ending the nightmare and making peace with some form of suitable reparations to my clients for the harm done them already. In several of the footnotes provided here will be various 'JABS' aimed at specific 'bad boy' participants in real world adventures. General readers may find them interesting, but will not likely benefit from attempting to find context within the story line. The phrase 'broadly and blindly distributed' should be kept in mind by the perpetrators, as well as the notion of 'A and B encoded parts.' any two coincide, look more carefully. Where there is no such pairing,
the clue will be more obvious within the text -- to those who should fear
truth.

Background Image
The image used for the background of this Web page is actually a composite of two images which are quite appropriate for being merged. The 'gallery' of grim onlookers are from just before the turn of the century, doctors observing a surgical operation in a medical college. The surgeons being observed, however, are from the 1920s era, performing what, according to the text accompanying the image, was experimental brain surgery on a (presumed) mental patient. Lobotomies and other such harmful procedures evolved in these time frames. This was the 'Fatal Rebirth' of the medical industry's willingness to experiment on humans with little understanding of or regard for the consequences. Later, the CIA would undertake similar experiments on mental patients several evolutions further, butchering (and killing) dozens of persons in search of ways to control individuals and make them do things otherwise against their will. As a concept, this violation of human rights and the law is very germane to the book, Fatal Rebirth, which not only addresses Political Control Technology (mind control) efforts undertaken by Shadow government, but also examines a whole range of similar endeavors in whole other areas of 'social engineering'. A simple example, and primary topic of Fatal Rebirth, is the application of terrorism as a tool for political control. Specifically, the type of terrorism undertaken in Reichstags
Fire fashion: Domestic State Sponsored Terrorism (DSST) undertaken by a
government against its own people in order to blame a third party, justify
a series of rather oppressive regulations (Police State tactics), and foment
wars. It put the fascist Hitler regime in absolute control of Germany prior
to WWII, and it did the same for George Bush prior to the Middle East Oil
Wars (Oil War III). These terms and claims are fully explained within Fatal
Rebirth.
